Data Deletion Instructions

How to disconnect your accounts from AI_CRM and request deletion of your data, including data received from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google.

1. What Data We Hold

StellarMind is a brand of BETASOURCE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U63990GJ2024PTC148190), having its registered office at A-1602 Privilon, Ambli-Bopal Road, Thaltej Road, Ahmadabad City, Ahmedabad- 380054, Gujarat.

This page explains how you can disconnect your accounts from StellarMind's AI_CRM platform and request deletion of your data, including data received from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google.

When you connect a third-party account to AI_CRM, we may hold:

  • Your AI_CRM account details (name, email address, organization)
  • Details of the connected Page, account or profile (such as Page name and ID)
  • Access tokens that allow AI_CRM to act on your behalf
  • Posts and campaigns created or published through AI_CRM, and their performance and engagement information
Lead data collected through AI_CRM is stored on the customer's/client's designated server or infrastructure. Requests to delete lead data should be sent to the business that collected it (see “Lead Data Held by a Business” below).

2. Option 1: Disconnect From AI_CRM

  1. Log in to AI_CRM
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations
  3. Find the platform you want to remove (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Google) and click Disconnect
  4. Confirm by clicking Disconnect in the dialog

Once you disconnect, AI_CRM immediately stops accessing that account, revokes and deletes the stored access token, and cancels any scheduled posts for that account.

To delete your entire AI_CRM account and all associated data, follow Option 3 below.

3. Option 2: Remove the App From Facebook or Instagram

Facebook

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings
  2. Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites)
  3. Find StellarMind CRM and click Remove
  4. Tick the option to delete posts, photos and videos that StellarMind CRM published on your behalf, if you want those removed as well, and confirm

Instagram

  1. Open Instagram and go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites
  2. Find StellarMind CRM and click Remove

When you remove the app, Facebook automatically notifies us. We then stop accessing your data and delete the data we received from Meta, as described in “What Happens After Your Request” below.

LinkedIn and Google

  • LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services → find StellarMind CRM → Remove
  • Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → find StellarMind CRM → Remove access

4. Option 3: Request Deletion by Email

Send an email to info@stellarmind.ai with:

  • Subject: Data Deletion Request
  • The email address linked to your AI_CRM account (please send the request from that address)
  • Your organization name
  • Which data you want deleted: a specific connected account (e.g. your Facebook Page), or your entire AI_CRM account and all associated data

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

5. Lead Data Held by a Business

If you submitted your details through a lead form (for example, a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad) run by a business that uses AI_CRM, that business controls your information. Please contact that business directly to access or delete your data. If you are unable to reach them, email us at info@stellarmind.ai and we will forward your request to them.

6. What Happens After Your Request

  • We acknowledge your request within 48 hours
  • We stop accessing the connected account immediately
  • We delete the access tokens and the personal data we hold for the connected account or AI_CRM account within 30 days
  • We email you a confirmation, including a reference number, once deletion is complete

You can check the status of your request at any time by emailing info@stellarmind.ai with your reference number.

Some information may be retained only where required by law (for example, tax invoices and accounting records) or to prevent fraud and abuse, and only for the legally required period. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google may keep their own copies of your data under their own privacy policies.
